Most items listed on our website, will be shipped within 24 business hours. In many cases, it will actually be shipped the same day. The only exception to this is our horse mugs, which may take up to 48 hours, depending on how busy we are! All items are shipped via Australia Post.
Flat Rate ShippingWe try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible, so charge a flat rate of $8.95 across all products. And as we don’t feel it’s right to make a profit out of the shipping charge, if your item is really, really cheap to post (as some jewellery items are), we will, at our discretion, upgrade your order to Express Post at no extra charge.
Express ShippingIf you need your items really quickly, you can select the Express shipping option and receive your products within 1 to 3 days – depending on your location within Australia. This option can also be selected as you go through checkout and is only $10.95.
International ShippingWe are happy to offer shipping to New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, & Canada. Please choose the international shipping option when going through checkout. International shipping is $9.95.
Returns & RefundsAt Horse Mad Designs we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with your new items, however, if you’re not, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorisation number. Once a return is authorised, we will refund your payment, less any shipping charges. Please return authorised orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorisation was provided. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Our 12 Month Repair or Replace GuaranteeWe take pride in the quality of our products, so if there’s a problem we’d like to know so we can fix it! All of our jewellery comes with a 12 month guarantee – if your item is broken within 12 months of your purchase, just return it to us within 12 months and we’ll repair or replace it for free! If you have a problem with your item, please contact us first for a repair/replace authorisation number before you put it in the post – we are unable to accept any items without a repair/replace authorisation number first. You’re responsible for the cost of return postage to us, but then we cover the cost of the sending your new or repaired jewellery back to you. Once a Return Authorisation number has been received, please send your product to: Horse Mad Designs PO Box 204 Eudunda SA 5374 Please include a copy of your PayPal payment receipt for faster service. Just to mention though….the Repair or Replace Guarantee doesn’t cover things like your horse confusing your jewellery for carrots, or it getting run over with the mower, or anything else like that!!!
