What are my payment options?

At the moment, we only accept payment through PayPal though we are looking at adding a few other options in the near future.

What is the currency for your prices?

As we’re an Australian based online store, all prices listed are in Australian dollars.

What are your shipping methods & costs?

We offer flat rate shipping within Australia of $8.95 on all products. We also have Express post as an option, which means your products will arrive in 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location in Australia – this option can be added for $10.95.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do, we ship to New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom & Canada. Please make sure you check the box for International postage when you purchase. International postage is a flat rate of $9.95.

Will I receive an email confirmation of my order?

Yes, you’ll receive an email notification immediately after your order. You will then receive another notification once your purchase has been shipped.

How long will it take to receive my item/s?

Orders within Australia typically arrive 3 to 5 business days after being shipped. If you order Express post though, this will be quicker. International orders tend to take up to 2 weeks.

What is your refund policy?

At Horse Mad Designs we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with your new items, however, if you’re not, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorisation number. Once a return is authorised, we will refund your payment, less any shipping charges. Please return authorised orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorisation was provided. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

What is your 12 month guarantee?

We take pride in the quality of our products, so if there’s a problem we’d like to know so we can fix it! All of our jewellery comes with a 12 month guarantee – if your item is broken within 12 months of your purchase, just return it to us within 12 months and we’ll repair or replace it for free! If you have a problem with your item, please contact us first for a repair/replace authorisation number before you put it in the post – we are unable to accept any items without a repair/replace authorisation number first. You’re responsible for the cost of return postage to us, but then we cover the cost of the sending your new or repaired jewellery back to you. Just to mention though….this doesn’t cover things like your horse confusing your jewellery for carrots, or it getting run over with the mower, or anything else like that!!! It’s to make sure you’re covered if anything that shouldn’t break, does break under ‘normal’ conditions!

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

No, we don’t, however all purchases are displayed in quality bags (velvet or organza) or jewellery boxes – as specified on listings – so all you need to do to have a great looking gift, is wrap it in wrapping paper!

Do you offer wholesale pricing on your products?

At this stage we don’t wholesale any of our products.
